Laura has extensive experience in United States, British, and Canadian research as well as familiarity with German and Norwegian records. Laura has researched onsite at the National Archives and Library of Congress in Washington D.C., as well as local and state archives. Laura is conveniently located near the Gale Family Library at the Minnesota Historical Society, as well as other Twin Cities archives, and is available for record retrievals. In addition to family history, Laura also researches a variety of historical topics for books, courses and other projects.
